Seeking an MA with customer service experience with patients by phone , to join our fast-paced medical practice with four locations. Candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service to patients. You will be responsible for answering multiple phones lines, scheduling appointments, listening to voicemails, creating detailed messages to Doctors, working as a team with other departments, doctors and coordinators. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) with knowledge of medical terminology, insurance and EMR. Medical experience preferred This is a full-time position.
